Impellers
The accurate casting and balancing of impellers requires a specialist set of skills as well as a commitment to outstanding consistency and quality. For many years, ICAST has cast and machined impellers and pump components for a wide variety of industries and applications ranging from centrifugal pumps used in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Water Treatment and Fire industries to slurry pumps used in the agricultural sector. At first our customers preferred sand casting of impeller but when we offered them unique solution for achieving very high quality casting with no porosity, blow holes, high surface finish and more precise componenets than sand casting with competitive pricing, they have stuck with ICAST since then.
Aluminium Bronze Impeller
Quantites : Large medium or small || Size : 60mm diameter to 315mm diameter || Surface Finish : A fine finish of around 3.2 microns.
Brass Impeller
Impellers and pump components have been cast by ICAST in Aluminium, Stainless and Carbon Steel, and Aluminium Bronze (AB2) & Brass using the Investment Casting processes for many years. Working closely with our clients’ engineers, our design engineering and foundry engineers have modified and enhanced designs and production processes to significantly reduce costs while optimizing performance. ICAST operates a very specialized precision casting process and currently supplies high technology impeller and compressor wheels to markets in Europe, Asia, USA and South America
