Hardness Testing Machine

This model is suitable for testing Rockwell& Brinell hardness of metals and alloys of all kinds,. hard or soft, whether flat or round etc or of irregular shape. These Testers are simple design and easy to operate, still suite sensitive and accurate.It strictly conforms to IS 3804.BS 891 Part-I &IL ASTM-E-18 for Rockwell test and IS 2281-2005_ BS 240. ASTM-E-10 for Brinell test and IS 5073-1988_ ATM-E-18 for Rockwell Superficial test.

Universal Testing Machine

It is fitted with Autographic “Load Vs Elongation” recorder .The machine comes with Mechanical Extensometer, Load-Stabilizer, Attachments for Brinell test, Tensile test for shouldered & threaded, Single & Double shear test, Bolts-Nuts & Washer test, Rope test, Flat Belt test, Bend-Rebend test, 180° Bend test, Pull-Out test, etc. with Loading accuracy well within ±1% conforms to IS: 1828 / BS: 1610 .

Impact Testing Machine

Capacity of Charpy : 300 Joule & Izod: 170 Joule. This Machine conforms to IS 3766-1977, IS 1598-1977, IS 1757-1988,IS 1499-1977 and BS 131 Part I, II, III, IV. standard.
